Weisita currently offers five shipping services. World Mail, Express Mail, DHL international priority, FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority. All FedEx International orders placed before 12:30PM Pacific Standard Time will ship out the same day.
Federal Express International Mail Service. Available for all orders weighing under 2 pounds with a value lower than $75 USD. Packages are delivered via the local postal system in the destination country. *This shipping method offers limited or no tracking information and is NOT insured by Weisita if lost or damaged.
Available for orders under $200 and excludes orders with rods. Deliveries take 7-10 days. Express Mail offers a tracking system via the United States Postal Service web site www.usps.com. *This shipping method offers limited or no tracking information and is NOT insured by Weisita if lost or damaged.
DHL international priority
Available for all orders. Deliveries take 6-9 business days. FedEx offers a comprehensive tracking system on their website, www.DHL.com. *This method of shipping offers tracking and is insured with Weisita if lost or damaged.
Federal Express International Economy
Available for all orders. Deliveries take 6-14 business days. FedEx offers a comprehensive tracking system on their website, www.fedex.com. *This method of shipping offers tracking and is insured with Weisita if lost or damaged.
Federal Express International Priority
Available for all orders. This is our fastest shipping option. Deliveries are guaranteed in 5-9 business days. FedEx offers a comprehensive tracking system on their website, www.fedex.com. *This method of shipping offers tracking and is insured with Weisita if lost or damaged.
FedEx Surcharge Information: An Extended Area Surcharge of $20 per shipment or $0.20 per pound, whichever is greater, applies to shipments to specific International destinations. A listing of applicable destinations is available at www.fedex.com.
You will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.
If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs & duty charges will be billed to you by Weisita. Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. Orders may be returned after receipt if there are any problems. Please be aware of all related charges when ordering.

3.How can I pay?
You may pay with a Master card, Visa card, Discover card or Pay Pal. We also accept International Money Orders and Wired Fund Transfers. Please note that Weisita may require additional information from you before we can process your order.
4.What is the procedure for shipping Back Ordered items Internationally?
International orders ship complete once all back ordered items have arrived. We do not ship back ordered items separately for International orders. If you need an order to ship before a back ordered item(s) arrives that back ordered item(s) must be cancelled off of the order.
5.What is our International Account Verification Process?
All International customer's purchasing over $100.00 for the first time, will be asked to submit information for account verification. If you are using a Credit Card for your purchase we will send instructions for our verification process in your confirmation e-mail. As long as your Credit Card number and billing address do not change you will only need to follow this process once. If you are using Pay Pal you will receive instructions for verification via our confirmation e-mail as well.
6.What happens if I don't receive my package?
Fed Ex International Standard and Priority are the only methods of shipping that are covered by insurance that guarantees Weisita will replace packages if they are lost or damaged during transit. Note: Priority Mail, World Mail, and Express Mail do not offer a tracking service, and are NOT insured. Weisita will not replace packages that are lost or stolen if Priority Mail, World Mail, or Express Mail was the method of shipment chosen by the customer. Weisita will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments to a non-current address. If we are not notified of an address change before the shipment of your order, refunds or replacements for a lost or stolen package will not be accepted.
7.What if something doesn't fit or I change my mind?
You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from Weisita. The returned products must be kept in the same condition as when they were received; And does not affect the re-sale of products; Customers' customized products will not be returned or exchanged because they can no longer be sold. [Please note] Weisita will only refund the product cost. All freight and taxes incurred will be borne by you.
8.Will I have to pay any taxes or import duties?
There are no China. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.
9.What happens if I refuse or abandon my order?
Weisita cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned.
10.Who is responsible for import fees, duties, and other charges?
You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. Weisita strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. Weisita cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.
Please be informed that your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. Weisita will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel.
